How to use it
- Replace the examples with your measurements or exact product coverage.
- Choose the unit beside each input. Changing the unit converts the existing value.
- Choose any allowance deliberately, calculate, and check the purchase units.
Formula
Subtotal = quantity × unit price + delivery. Total = subtotal × (1 + tax/100).
Worked example
10 units × 25 + 0 delivery = 250; at 20% tax, total = 300 in your chosen currency.
Common mistakes and limits
One material line only; all monetary values must use the same currency. Tax treatment may differ locally. No exchange rates or market prices.
Do not add allowance twice. Example coverage, density and prices are illustrative, not a specification for your project.
Frequently asked questions
Is delivery included in the tax calculation?
Yes. This model applies the entered percentage to quantity times price plus delivery; verify your quote uses the same treatment.
Does it use current local prices?
No. Enter your supplier price and keep every amount in the same currency.
Are my measurements sent to a server?
These calculations run in your browser. This calculator does not send the input values to our server. Normal page requests can still appear in hosting logs.
